Job Summary





Laboria is seeking to urgently recruit a Sales Representative in Edo State - Benin City precisely to support our growing presence in the region.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry.





Key Responsibilities





Drive sales of IVD products, equipment, and reagents across the South South region

Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and key stakeholders

Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the region

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings where required

Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights

Ensure effective follow-up, customer satisfaction, and account management





Requirements





Minimum of 3 years' sales experience, preferably within the IVD or medical diagnostics industry

Must be in Edo State

Strong knowledge of laboratory products, equipment, and reagents is an added advantage

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision

Willingness to travel within the South- South region.
