Sales Enablement Manager, MLoc Sales

Job Description:

• Create, design, and execute enablement initiatives for sales teams in classroom and virtual settings
• Support ongoing development and certification programs for B2B sales teams, including facilitation, content creation, processes, practices, and tools
• Develop metrics and reporting to demonstrate program effectiveness and return on investment
• Partner with leaders across Yelp’s advertising business, including sales, customer success, operations, product, and marketing
• Use creative techniques and varied delivery mechanisms to reach a distributed sales organization
• Iterate and maintain enablement materials
• Co-build, author, and deliver materials for an internal wiki and newsletters
• Stay current on digital marketing, Yelp products, and sales best practices
• Gather business feedback to improve enablement efforts
• Execute the strategy, programs, processes, practices, and tools enabling Emerging and Partner sales teams to sell Yelp’s Advertising offerings

Requirements:

• 5+ years of previous leadership experience within a sales or sales-adjacent team
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience developing enablement curriculum and collateral for instructor-led, eLearning, and self-directed learning modules
• Experience building and launching AI tools for broad groups
• Experience coordinating, collaborating, and organizing with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, maintain strong attention to detail, and stay highly organized
• Demonstrated ability to assess enablement effectiveness and provide evidence of ROI to stakeholders and leaders
• Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, and relevant content-specific certifications
• Experience with advertising sales strongly preferred
