Sales Data Analyst

Job Description:

• Build, maintain, and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses tracking pipeline activity, customer trends, and sales performance
• Extract and transform data from Salesforce, data lake and warehouse systems, and business intelligence platforms
• Run routine data audits and validation checks to identify gaps and inconsistencies
• Partner with Retail, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Bid, IT, and other teams to understand reporting needs and troubleshoot data issues
• Deliver timely insights
• Document reporting processes
• Support tool maintenance
• Improve how data is built and shared

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a closely related field
• High proficiency in Excel, including Power Query
• Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with a business intelligence tool such as Power BI or a comparable platform
• Demonstrated ability to audit, validate, and maintain data accuracy across reporting workflows
• Reliable home office setup
• Self-directed work habits
• Preferred: Experience supporting sales operations or working alongside sales and marketing teams
• Preferred: Familiarity with data lake environments or enterprise data extraction processes
• Preferred: Exposure to documenting reporting processes or supporting tool migrations
