RMS Support Manager, LATAM

Job Description:

• Support hotels and regional/corporate users in the use of Hyatt’s Revenue and Reservation systems
• Provide end-to-end support for Hyatt revenue management systems and peripheral systems
• Support, train, and communicate with Revenue, Reservations, Sales, and Operations colleagues
• Collaborate with corporate leadership and developers on RMS enhancements, policies, and procedures
• Provide support for Hyatt PrO, SynXis, Reserve, RMT, and Hy-Res
• Support Opera and Envision activities related to revenue systems impacts
• Facilitate Revenue/Reservations Management Systems training classes
• Facilitate training and support for new RMS enhancements and rollouts
• Test enhancements, bug fixes, and new releases

Requirements:

• Role based in Mexico, United States, or Canada region
• Bilingual in Spanish/English – written and spoken
• Minimum of 2 years of Hyatt property experience in Revenue leadership or similar experience utilizing Hyatt PrO
• Highly skilled with SynXis (CRS) and PrO (RMS)
• Virtual training experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment and work independently with high efficiency and professionalism
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to creatively solve problems
• Open-minded and able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and champion change
• Ability to use independent judgment and act as sole decision maker when interacting with hotels
• Schedule flexibility including occasional evening, overnight, early morning, and weekend hours
• Willingness and ability to travel for training sessions and/or corporate meetings
• Ability to relate to hotels and deliver authentic, experience-based training in live and virtual environments
• High School education is required
