Reputation and AI Visibility Specialist

Job Description:

• Own Eleanor Health's business listings across every market served, including Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, and Bing Places
• Manage healthcare directory, health plan provider directory, and data aggregator listings
• Audit and remediate name, address, and phone consistency across platforms and markets
• Establish category strategy, service listings, hours, attributes, and profile completeness
• Build and maintain a listings system of record
• Resolve listing suppressions, duplicates, and unverified profiles
• Ensure location and service information is consistent between EleanorHealth.com and external listings
• Design and operate an ethical review generation program while protecting patient privacy
• Respond to reviews across platforms with warmth and care
• Monitor review volume, ratings, and sentiment by market
• Maintain escalation processes for clinical, compliance, legal, or operational reputation issues
• Establish and improve Eleanor Health's visibility in AI assistants and AI-generated search results
• Monitor misinformation about Eleanor Health and addiction treatment
• Strengthen entity signals, citations, authoritative third-party mentions, and other AI discoverability signals
• Translate AI visibility findings into website improvements, including structured content, metadata, internal linking, location content, and structured data
• Track and report AI citation and recommendation share
• Implement approved discoverability updates in Sanity and other marketing platforms
• Monitor discussions of Eleanor Health and virtual addiction treatment in recovery communities, forums, and social platforms
• Participate transparently as an identified Eleanor Health representative
• Surface community sentiment, concerns, and misinformation to leadership
• Support organic social activity tied to discoverability, engagement, or reputation goals
• Manage the day-to-day PR agency relationship and hold the agency accountable to outcomes
• Brief Eleanor Health spokespeople for media opportunities
• Own editorial distribution and syndication to strengthen authority, earn backlinks and citations, and grow referring domains
• Evaluate earned media and distribution opportunities for authority, discoverability, reputation, and enrollment impact
• Build reporting on listing accuracy, review performance, AI citation share, and earned coverage
• Partner with the analytics consultant to accurately attribute non-paid new member volume
• Report performance monthly and defend attribution claims

Requirements:

• Roughly 3+ years in digital marketing with real depth in local SEO, reputation management, or digital PR
• Hands-on multi-location listing management experience
• Experience building or running a review generation and response program
• Fluency with SEO and local tooling, including tools such as Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Local Falcon, Otterly.ai, and Screaming Frog
• Strong written communication across review responses, community posts, and media briefs
• Comfort building reporting and defending numbers
• Sound decision-making within healthcare compliance and patient privacy constraints
• Ability to learn new systems and work in an emerging discipline
• Genuine hands-on operating approach
• Ability to work effectively in a regulated healthcare environment
• Self-directed and able to identify and resolve gaps independently
• Compassionate approach and attention to tone
• Helpful but not required: behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare marketing experience
• Helpful but not required: hands-on work in generative engine optimization or AI search visibility
• Helpful but not required: working knowledge of structured data and schema markup
• Helpful but not required: disclosed participation in online communities
• Helpful but not required: multi-market or multi-location experience at any scale
