Recruiter – Process Server Network

Job Description:

• Generate leads through high-volume outreach (cold calling, SMS, and email campaigns)
• Execute creative sourcing strategies to reach high-quality candidates nationwide
• Screen candidates for reliability, qualifications, and role fit
• Explain the independent contractor model and role expectations to candidates
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools in the ATS/CRM
• Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs
• Keep hiring managers updated on strategy, hires, and pipeline status
• Meet territory onboarding goals for newly onboarded process servers, prioritizing counties needing coverage
• Maintain a consistent daily cadence of calls, SMS, and email
• Follow up with new servers to support onboarding and job activation

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a high-volume, metric-driven environment
• Experience building and maintaining pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, HubSpot, Metabase, or proprietary systems)
• Experience creating email and outreach campaigns
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data tools
• Comfort with cold calling and SMS outreach
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to focus on complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Legal industry or legal recruiting knowledge
• Experience recruiting independent contractors or gig workers (1099 models)
• Experience with sourcing or dialer tools
