Job Description:

• Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate outreach through successful placement
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry professionals
• Develop and expand networking opportunities to generate new connections and referrals
• Utilize the existing candidate database and provided leads to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates and clients

Requirements:

• Full-time recruiter role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable networking and building professional relationships
• Previous recruiting or sales experience preferred
