Real Estate Investment Representative/Acquisitions Agent

Job Description:

• Run dozens of virtual appointments every week with property sellers
• Negotiate the price and terms of property acquisitions
• Field calls from potential buyers and sellers in the market
• Follow up and nurture warm real estate leads
• Show deals to local investors
• Network and find organic property leads with the backing of training and proven methodology
• Build strong relationships with local investors through meetups, networking events, lunch and learns, and more
• Own the property acquisition role in the local market
• Grow into a real estate investment expert through the Emerging Leaders training and development program

Requirements:

• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Resilient, gritty, and competitive spirit
• Coachable mindset
• Personal drive to succeed along with a dislike for failure
• Love of negotiating, making deals and selling
• Competitive mindset with drive to win
• Previous sales experience in Real Estate or wholesaling (preferred)
• Sales experience in B2C environment (preferred)
