Collaborate with product, development, and IT teams to understand hardware and software requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for hardware, software, and integrated systems
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing for ServiceNow software asset management functionality
Identify, analyze, document, and manage defects through their lifecycle
Ensure software solutions meet performance, security, and usability standards
Lead testing for ServiceNow SAM Pro, including software discovery, reconciliation, license compliance, optimization recommendations, entitlement management, contract tracking, and financial aspects
Verify software usage data accuracy and reporting capabilities
Use Jira or ServiceNow ITSM to log, track, and manage issues
Generate test reports covering test progress, defect status, and product quality
Contribute to automated test scripts and frameworks for hardware and software
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

U.S. Citizen
Active Secret clearance required
10+ years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field substituting for 5 years of experience
5+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or Software/Hardware Testing roles
Hands-on experience testing both hardware and software systems
At least 2 years of dedicated ServiceNow platform testing experience
Demonstrable experience testing ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro)
Strong understanding of IT Asset Management principles and best practices
Expertise in functional, non-functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing methodologies
Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment
Proficiency with Jira or ServiceNow ITSM
ServiceNow certifications, CIS-SAM and CSA (desired)
ITIL Foundation certification (desired)
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Python, Selenium, Robot Framework, and Postman/Newman (desired)
Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell (desired)
Understanding of database concepts and SQL for data validation (desired)
Prior experience in government contracting (desired)
Ability to travel up to 10%
Ability to work within the Continental United States
