Psychiatrist — Mercor

Mercor is partnering with a leading AI laboratory to evaluate psychiatric AI models, seeking licensed board-certified psychiatrists (MDs and DOs) for remote AI training and data work. In this role, you'll review de-identified patient charts and assess AI-generated responses to clinical psychiatry questions, focusing on accuracy, safety, and alignment with current standards of care. This is advanced-level work suited to psychiatrists who want to contribute to AI development while working flexibly.

The position is remote and available at approximately 20 hours per week, compensated at $150 per hour. You'll be evaluating AI outputs systematically, ensuring clinical reliability in psychiatric applications.
