We are seeking a qualified Full-Time Property Manager to oversee two properties totaling 68 units in Granada Hills. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a proven ability to manage daily property operations efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of multi-family property management experience
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software
• Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, compliance, and financial reporting
