Project Manager

Job Description:

• Plan, manage and deliver implementation projects on time, within scope and within budget
• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure
• Establish and maintain project governance, including RAID logs, status reports and steering updates
• Coordinate internal and client-facing resources against project timelines and requirements
• Proactively manage risks and issues, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery continuity
• Ensure adherence to PMO delivery methodologies, processes and toolsets
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders as the main delivery contact
• Facilitate workshops, status updates and key decision meetings
• Manage expectations and align client goals with delivery capabilities
• Partner with Consultants and Technical Leads on solution feasibility and implementation plans

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management roles, ideally in SaaS or software implementation environments
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders across regions
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies
• Experience with JIRA or Smartsheet
• Experience working with commercial statements of work, budgets and client timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and facilitation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Proven ability to anticipate and manage project-level risks and issues
• Professional credibility and ownership in high-visibility client and internal settings
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification desirable
• Experience in a PE-backed SaaS company desirable
• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling organisation desirable
