Project Manager, Data – Non-technical

Job Description:

• Provide project management support for enterprise data-related initiatives
• Coordinate and track project activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Support user adoption and change management efforts for new processes and reporting solutions
• Facilitate report migration projects and monitor progress against timelines
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action items
• Drive cross-functional communication between business and technical stakeholders
• Assist with issue resolution and risk mitigation activities
• Support Agile project delivery methodologies and ceremonies as needed

Requirements:

• Experience supporting data-focused programs, reporting initiatives, or analytics projects
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience tracking project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
• Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise data, reporting, or business intelligence programs
• Preferred: Previous experience with user adoption or organizational change initiatives
• Preferred: Experience working within a PMO or large enterprise environment
