Project Leader – Technology Finance

Job Description:

• Lead key finance projects and prepare economic and financial forecasts for financial decision-making
• Control project scope, schedule, and cost; monitor execution and implement approved changes
• Develop project communication plans, written status reports, scorecards, and project review documents for senior leadership
• Define project risks, mitigation approaches, and timely escalation or mitigation actions
• Capture and communicate lessons learned and apply them to subsequent projects
• Help provide a good project working environment, ensure staffing and clear responsibilities, and maintain inclusion
• Report to the Senior Finance Manager
• Travel overnight typically less than 10% of the time

Requirements:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Prior experience in corporate finance and/or retail
• Ability to perform detailed analyses and create executive summaries
• Ability to present and defend own work and work of others to senior leadership
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to influence decisions of individuals not directly supervised
