Product, Technical Communications

Job Description:

• Develop and articulate the long-term vision for human-AI interaction and products for developers and businesses
• Shape product narratives, particularly for ElevenAgents, around emerging needs and trends
• Lead storytelling and communications for major product launches with product marketing
• Run campaigns between product launches to demonstrate platform value
• Own security, privacy, and safety communications
• Manage incident responses as part of a cross-functional team
• Produce written materials including keynotes, talk tracks, social posts, and press releases
• Create product demos showcasing ElevenLabs technology
• Build the profile of technical and product leadership through points of view, media, social, and event appearances
• Develop relationships with journalists, Substack writers, podcasters, technical creators, and other influencers
• Support communications for ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company offering AI voice, audio, video, image, music, and agent platforms

Requirements:

• Product or technical communications experience at a fast-paced B2B technology company, or experience building AI/software products
• Track record of leading significant launches and effective product campaigns between launches
• Exceptional writing across different formats
• Ability to turn complex technical topics into compelling narratives
• Experience working with security, safety, and engineering teams
• Experience managing incidents
• Deep understanding of the independent media landscape
• Relationships with influential commentators
• Track record of excellence in product building, campaign execution, or another entrepreneurial endeavor
• Ability to operate in GMT-5 to GMT-4 timezones
• Must currently reside on the US East Coast
