Product Manager – Cloud Service Provider

Job Description:

• Ensure product features and functions meet current and future customer requirements
• Evaluate new technologies and customer requirements to determine business viability
• Conduct continuous market analysis covering competitive landscape, market trends, and customer feedback
• Gather customer requirements for current opportunities
• Work across the organization to deliver customized solutions
• Partner, collaborate with, and influence internal stakeholders on product strategy, design, delivery, and support
• Lead and resolve business issues with business-wide impact
• Engage with customers at various levels to deliver Lenovo and product value propositions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product experience in an IT relevant industry
• Experience working directly with customers
• Ability to understand technical requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in the server industry or with cloud customers is a plus
• Ability to travel 10-20% to customer sites
• Willingness and ability to work remotely
