Hands-On Scope
Own roadmap and feature definition, with strong taste in UX/UI and interaction designLead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step featuresMap the full product surface area: dashboard → every feature → how it connects across modulesTranslate product understanding into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education
How You Operate
Extremely curious: Explores every corner of Central, asks “why,” challenges decisions, and proposes better alternativesObsessive about friction: Identifies uncaptured opportunities, inconsistencies, and missing connections between modulesCross-references spec vs staging vs production state to catch gaps and regressionsExtremely Data-driven + customer-centric: uses usage signals + customer feedback to prioritize what mattersAction-oriented prioritizer: avoids overbuilding, reduces UI clutter, and ships the simplest solution that works
