Product Engineer – Ads Engine

Job Description:

• Build an ads engine that learns brand guidelines, creative preferences, and performance across markets
• Plan, generate, localize, launch, and learn from ads across major advertising platforms
• Serve as a founding engineer for an owned product area
• Talk to users, decide what to build, and ship across the stack
• Build data pipelines, agent tools, and user interfaces
• Feed competitive intelligence into the engine’s weekly briefs
• Launch new ad formats
• Operate with high ownership without a product manager or handed-down specification

Requirements:

• Has built and shipped a product end-to-end without anyone handing them a spec, ideally as a founder or one of the first engineers
• Strong full-stack product engineering skills; frontend- or backend-leaning is acceptable
• Ability to build a pipeline, an agent tool, and the UI
• Pragmatic experience building with LLMs and agents, including tools, retrieval, and evals
• Talks to users without being asked and can prioritize what to build first and why
• Ability to operate in European timezones
• Bonus: experience with ad platforms, adtech, or marketing tools
• Bonus: experience with analytics and attribution
• Bonus: experience with web builders and CMSs
