Product Development Analyst – Healthcare Navigation

Job Description:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover insights related to user behavior, product performance, and market trends
• Monitor key product metrics, identify trends, and create stakeholder presentations
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify user-experience improvements using data, client feedback, and user feedback
• Gather, document, and refine requirements for new features and enhancements
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Support backlog refinement by defining, organizing, and prioritizing product enhancements and development work
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with engineering, design, quality assurance, and business teams to clarify requirements and support feature delivery
• Support feature validation and user acceptance testing
• Analyze feedback to identify enhancement opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor adoption and performance metrics for released features and recommend optimization
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, requirements documentation, and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in product analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a related role
• Health industry or benefits administration experience is a plus
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with product management principles and practices
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Familiarity with Agile work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms
• Must have work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
• Successful completion of a background check and any position-required checks
