Process Operator | Pilgangoora, Pilbara | 8/6 And 7/7 Fifo/dido

About the Role

PLS is hiring an experienced Process Operator at its Pilgangoora lithium operation in the Pilbara. This is a permanent full time role on an 8/6 or 7/7 roster, FIFO from Perth or DIDO from within the Pilbara. You will report to the Shift Supervisor and run plant equipment safely and efficiently. Applications close on 2 November 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plant areas including crushing, HPGR, screening, heavy media separation, milling, gravity, flotation, filtration, reagents and tailings


• Communicate with the team through the shift and report on plant status and issues


• Flag equipment that needs preventative maintenance or repair


• Suggest process improvements

About You

• Solid experience running a wet processing plant, particularly heavy media separation, grinding, flotation, reagents or filter press


• Control room experience


• Experience with isolations and permit systems


• A current WA driver's licence


• Forklift, loader, confined space, working at heights or EWP tickets are highly regarded
