Power Platform Architect – Copilot Studio

Job Description:

• Produce solution architecture and technical design documentation
• Design agents, knowledge strategies, tool definitions, and orchestration patterns
• Define Dataverse data models and integration specifications
• Establish security, governance, and responsible AI controls
• Develop environment strategies and deployment pipelines
• Create evaluation datasets, test plans, acceptance criteria, and validation results
• Create monitoring dashboards, operational procedures, and consumption estimates
• Develop deployment plans, support guides, and knowledge-transfer materials

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise application development, technical consulting, or solution architecture
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including architecture or technical leadership responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Copilot Studio agents integrated with enterprise knowledge and business systems
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Platform solution architecture
• Experience with conversational design, generative AI grounding, agent tools and actions, and human approval patterns
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access, data policies, and enterprise security requirements
• Experience architecting REST API integrations, custom connectors, and Azure-based extensions
• Practical knowledge of application lifecycle management, source control, deployment pipelines, and environment management
• Ability to assess performance, platform limits, licensing, capacity, and consumption considerations
• Experience leading technical workshops, architecture reviews, and client-facing delivery
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
