Plan Manager – Full Service TEM

Job Description:

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct engagement with plan sponsors, customers, and internal functional teams, including money-in, money-out, and technical services
• Participate in relationship management activities with plan sponsors and customers
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to support plan alignment
• Contribute to product development and process improvement initiatives
• Resolve complex customer service and communication issues
• Identify and support plan retention opportunities involving plan sponsors, distribution partners, and third-party administrators
• Support plan management 800-number calls as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Three or more years of financial services industry experience
• Customer service experience and demonstrated customer relationship skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Series 6 registration preferred
