Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist will administer compensation and benefits programs while managing accurate, timely monthly payroll cycles. This role will validate payroll inputs, reconcile bonuses, allowances, overtime, and referral payments, and address discrepancies proactively. Serving as the primary contact for pay and benefits questions, the specialist will collaborate with Finance and People Operations, support audits and reporting, and improve related processes.
