Build and scale ElevenLabs' Public Sector Partner Programme in North America
Develop relationships with resellers, VARs, and systems integrators serving federal agencies, state and local governments, and education institutions
Own public sector partner strategy end-to-end
Onboard, enable, and activate partners to sell and deliver ElevenLabs products
Design partner incentive and enablement models for public-sector procurement and compliance requirements
Generate qualified pipeline through partner-led opportunities
Scale the partner programme against North America growth targets
Own day-to-day execution and partner performance
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, pipeline, partner activation, time-to-first-revenue, and strategic account penetration

10+ years building and scaling SaaS or Cloud solutions into public sector markets
Deep network across federal, SLED, and education sectors
4+ years owning VAR and SI partnerships in the public sector
Proven experience driving joint account planning, co-sell motions, and revenue
Deep familiarity with government procurement cycles and contract vehicles, including GSA schedules and BPAs
Familiarity with compliance frameworks including FedRAMP, FISMA, and StateRAMP
Experience creating partner motions from 0→1
Comfortable working with technical, API-driven products
Ability to explain complex concepts to partners and agency stakeholders
Bonus: 3–4 years in direct public sector sales plus 3–4 years in partnerships or channel
Bonus: Prior experience at a company scaling into gov-tech from a commercial base
