Part-time Faculty, School Psychology

Job Description:

• Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on various assessment activities
• Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive student-centric learning environment
• Complete required tasks on deadlines, including final grades, assessment, grading rubrics, and input for grade appeals
• Maintain appropriate professional training and/or scholarly activities, when applicable
• Provide feedback to the course lead regarding course content
• Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services
• Work closely with the Academic Program Director and other faculty to support program quality, student engagement, and student success

Requirements:

• Master's degree in the field of school psychology/psychology from a regionally accredited university
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a practicing, credentialed school psychologist
• Current, state-issued credential in school psychology
• If credential was issued by a state other than California, must obtain a California Commission on Teacher Credentialling (CCTC) Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential within one year of hire
• Knowledge and proficiency with WISC-V, WIAT-4, KTEA-3, KABC-II NU, and WJ V
• Experience with iPad administration of assessments
• Available to teach Saturday Zoom Residency courses
• Preferred: 2 years of higher education teaching experience
• Preferred: Terminal degree in Psychology
