Outside Sales Representative – HVAC/Refrigeration Morley Associates, Inc. is looking for an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and manage relationships with wholesale accounts and HVAC/R contractors throughout Western Ny and PennsylvaniaThis is a full-time, field-based sales position for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers, developing relationships, and growing business within an established territory.ResponsibilitiesVisit HVAC/R wholesale distributors and contractor accounts throughout the territoryDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and wholesale partnersIdentify new sales opportunities and grow existing accountsConduct counter days at wholesale locationsParticipate in trade shows, industry events, and customer eventsCoordinate and install new product displays and merchandisingPresent products, equipment, and solutions to customers and contractorsFollow up with customers to provide product information, pricing, and supportWork closely with the Morley Associates team to meet sales goals and customer needsMonitor market activity, customer needs, and competitive productsMaintain regular communication and follow-up with accounts throughout the territoryQualificationsPrevious outside sales experience preferredHVAC/R industry experience is a strong plusExperience working with HVAC/R contractors or wholesale distributors is preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyComfortable with frequent travel throughout New Jersey and New YorkProfessional appearance and strong customer-service skillsValid driver's license and good driving recordAbility to manage multiple customer accounts and maintain an organized scheduleWhat We OfferFull-time employmentCompany vehicleGas/travel reimbursementHealth insurance401(k)Paid Time Off (PTO)Opportunity to build and grow a sales territoryWork with established HVAC/R wholesale and contractor accountsTerritoryWestern NY and PennsylvaniaThis is an active field position with regular travel throughout the assigned territory.
