Outbound Sales Consultant

Job Description:

• Convert warm, marketing-generated leads into LaserAway treatment plans
• Manage a pipeline of warm, inbound leads and an individual revenue target
• Work the lead queue and conduct consultative phone conversations
• Educate patients on LaserAway’s treatment options
• Overcome objections and follow up persistently
• Close sales through the CRM
• Maintain pipeline visibility and clear next actions in the CRM
• Represent LaserAway across assigned U.S. regions and time zones
• Report to the Remote Sales Director
• Work with LaserAway’s national marketing team

Requirements:

• Outbound sales experience required
• Experienced outbound or phone-based sales professional
• Experience building trust and creating urgency by phone
• Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
• Ability to manage an individual sales pipeline independently
• Available to cover an assigned U.S. time zone
• Motivated by measurable results and accountable for sales metrics
• Aesthetics background is not required
