Night-Weekend Coordinator

Job Description:

• Supervise field staff
• Schedule care delivered in clients' homes after regular business hours and on weekends and holidays
• Coordinate care for CoxHealth at Home clients

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferred: Minimum one (1) year office experience in service related setting
• Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare environment
• Ability to function independently, organize and prioritize responsibilities efficiently, and demonstrate good judgment
• Must work well under stress and adapt to changing conditions
• Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families, coworkers, field staff, physicians and community resources
• Empathetic attitude toward the sick and elderly
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
