DescriptionInstall HVAC systems in multi-family residential buildings (rough-in and set-out)Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsInstall ductwork, condensers, furnaces, air handlers, and related componentsEnsure installations meet code, manufacturer specifications, and company standardsCoordinate with supervisors, other trades, and jobsite personnelMaintain a clean and safe worksiteFollow all OSHA safety standardsPerform other duties as assigned Benefits after introductory period include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life, Voluntary AD&D & 401k with Employer Match, Paid vacation, Paid Sick days and Paid HolidaysRequirements1+ years of HVAC installation experience (multi-family preferred) a plusKnowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation techniquesAbility to read blueprints and follow job specificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying jobsite conditionsStrong attention to safety and qualityMust have reliable transportation to go to various jobsites in different counties in the Bay areaMust be authorized to work in the United States
