Mid/senior Full Stack Ai Engineer
About the Role
Join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered tools for commercial operations in manufacturing. You will develop end-to-end agents that help streamline complex quoting, pricing, and sales workflows, while owning product features across the stack.
What You'll Do
Build and ship AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows used by industrial businesses.
Own product features from frontend through backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Integrate AI workflows with enterprise systems, including ERP platforms, and work through data quality and legacy integration challenges.
Support GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency needs for European customers.
What We're Looking For
Three or more years of experience building and shipping full-stack products, ideally in a startup environment.
Strong product engineering skills with TypeScript and React, plus experience with Next.js.
Hands-on experience building or deeply integrating AI systems and agentic products beyond standard chatbot use cases.
Experience with an agent framework or harness such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.
Curiosity about AI and a habit of keeping up with emerging tools and techniques.
Experience integrating with enterprise systems or working in manufacturing or industrial software is useful.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $180,000 to $250,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California, United States.
