Membership Sales Advisor

Job Description:

• Own the sales funnel from consultation through signed Training Squad membership
• Make high-volume outbound and inbound calls, supported by text and email
• Reach new, inactive, and past leads while meeting the speed-to-lead SLA
• Confirm and remind prospects about booked consultations to reduce no-shows
• Run consultations and close memberships
• Match prospects with the appropriate squad and time using Squad Personality in the Squad Health Dashboard
• Handle objections and follow up until prospects commit or decline
• Report weekly on calls, consultations booked, consultations attended, and memberships closed
• Diagnose funnel performance and test improvements with Sales Leadership
• Hand off new members to Studio Management
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Seasoned sales closer with warm, confident, and persuasive selling style
• Ability to ask for the sale and build trust quickly
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
• Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
• Consultative selling approach focused on listening and matching customers to their needs
• Organized approach to tracking leads and follow-ups
• Open to feedback and genuinely care about members and the community
