Measure Tech – Part-Time

Job Description:

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
• Provide quality professional customer service meeting company standards and customer expectations
• Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships
• Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination
• Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and quote presentation
• Ask customers open-ended questions and identify project and product needs
• Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project steps
• Demonstrate product and services knowledge when answering customer questions
• Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules
• Collaborate with associates, supervisors, and managers
• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma and/or GED
• 1+ years of previous related work experience
• No previous leadership experience required
• Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds)
• Ability to complete in-home measure appointments, calculations, quote review and presentation, customer service, product inquiry, and installation coordination
• Work within a pre-defined geographical area
• Travel between locations required
