Own the strategy and day-to-day operation of recruiting systems, including ATS and scheduling/coordination tooling
Build and document repeatable, scalable recruiting processes
Maintain data hygiene, requisition data, candidate and pipeline records, and trusted recruiting dashboards
Identify recruiting friction and manual work and build workflows, automation, or process redesign solutions
Evaluate and implement recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools and manage vendor relationships focused on ROI
Partner with People Operations, Legal, and Finance on offer letters, background checks, and headcount approvals
Define recruiting operations success metrics and drive continuous improvement across candidate and interviewer experiences
Build auditable processes that anticipate public-company compliance needs

5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, including recruiting coordination, systems administration, and process design
2+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional workstreams
Experience building and documenting repeatable processes supporting data hygiene across recruiting systems
Strong command of ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, and Workday, and recruiting/scheduling tools
Experience building KPIs and dashboards and translating insights into action
Experience with AI tools and automation, such as Zapier, scripts, and AI-powered workflows
Excellent communication skills and ability to drive adoption across teams without formal authority
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have: experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech company and SOX-related process considerations
Nice to have: familiarity with employer branding, referral programs, or other recruiting programs
Nice to have: experience partnering with People Operations on offer management and background checks
