Manager, NP Licensure – Collaborative Practice

Job Description:

• Manage the bench of collaborating physicians, including capacity tracking, NP matching, and onboarding
• Build and maintain state-specific and provider-specific collaborative practice agreement templates
• Set up new collaborative practice agreements and related paperwork
• Review completed agreements, file them internally, submit required state paperwork, and update licensure records
• Run primary source verification and license viability reviews for new and existing NPs
• Track licensure and collaborative practice agreement status across states and resolve outstanding issues
• Handle licensure-related escalations with state boards or other relevant parties
• Serve as subject matter expert on NP licensure and collaborative practice compliance
• Research open questions, correspond with state boards, and document key decisions
• Support NP offboarding related to collaborative relationships
• Provide pre-hire licensure reviews for NP candidates and feedback to recruiting via Ashby

Requirements:

• Experience with NP/APRN licensure, credentialing, or collaborative practice agreements in a healthcare or telehealth setting
• Working knowledge of multi-state licensing board processes and primary source verification
• Comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems and building process where none exists yet
• Strong documentation habits
• Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools in your daily workflow
• High attention to detail
