Manager, Business Solutions

Job Description:

• Lead cross-functional business and technology initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, stabilization, and transition to ongoing ownership
• Partner with business leaders to define objectives, scope, priorities, success measures, and constraints
• Conduct business analysis, including process mapping, requirements gathering, data analysis, root-cause analysis, and solution development and evaluation
• Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements
• Coordinate business teams, technology teams, vendors, and partners to drive execution, accountability, and timely decision-making
• Provide project leadership and hands-on analysis for initiatives lacking dedicated project management or business analysis support
• Ensure requirements are documented, validated, and traceable through testing, implementation, and business acceptance
• Plan and coordinate testing, training, communications, cutover, adoption, and post-implementation support
• Monitor and manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints
• Escalate key decisions and risks as needed
• Confirm delivered solutions achieve intended business outcomes
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and continuously improve delivery practices, tools, and ways of working
• Set and report progress on individual social, environmental, and job-function improvement goals
• Adhere to Orgain’s environmental policies and company policies and procedures
• Help enhance Orgain’s social and environmental impact

Requirements:

• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional business and technology transformation initiatives
• Management consulting experience preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience working in a CPG environment preferred
• Proven ability to drive projects from ambiguous business needs through implementation, adoption, and value realization
• Strong business analysis capabilities, including process design, requirements gathering, data analysis, root-cause identification, and solution evaluation
• Experience delivering technology-enabled change involving enterprise applications, integrations, data/reporting automation, and preferably ERP or supply chain platforms
• Skilled at partnering across business and technical teams while leading testing, training, communications, deployment, and post-launch stabilization
• Ability to manage multiple projects, changing priorities, and limited resources
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive and influence complex decision-making and build consensus
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and commitment
• Self-directed with a demonstrated sense of accountability
• Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a dynamic growth-oriented business
• Ability to work remotely
• Willingness to travel from time to time
