Manager, Business Analysis, Workforce Initiatives, Data & Analytics

Job Description:

• Lead workforce analytics and business intelligence strategies supporting Workforce Initiatives programs and enterprise objectives
• Translate workforce, operational, participant, and stakeholder data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs measuring program success, workforce outcomes, community impact, and operational effectiveness
• Provide data storytelling, workforce trend analysis, and performance reporting to leadership
• Serve as business owner for the Workforce Initiatives data ecosystem and enterprise workforce reporting environment
• Lead data enhancement initiatives across Workday, ATS, LearningHub, Sophia, and related technologies
• Establish data governance standards and improve data integrations and flows
• Develop scalable data architecture and the Workforce Initiatives Data Vault
• Create predictive models, forecasting models, and scenario-based analyses for workforce planning and program decisions
• Design and maintain reporting frameworks using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and other business intelligence tools
• Lead automation, exception reporting, process optimization, and AI-enabled analytics initiatives
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Operations, Finance, IT, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional projects and present findings and recommendations to senior and executive leadership
• Coach, mentor, and support team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Strategy, or related disciplines
• Experience leading enterprise data initiatives, business intelligence projects, and reporting transformation efforts
• Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or related visualization and reporting platforms
• Strong SQL expertise, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and data management
• Experience with large datasets, data governance frameworks, and data quality programs
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience translating business challenges into data-driven solutions and influencing decisions across multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present complex data and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive audiences
• Experience leveraging analytics for strategic business decisions, workforce planning, and operational improvements
