Maintenance Supervisor | Beebyn

About the Role

MACA is looking for a permanent Maintenance Supervisor at the Beebyn-W11 iron ore project in WA's Mid-West, about 20 km from the Iron Ridge operation. The mine is owned by Fenix Resources and is expected to produce 1.5 million tonnes a year.

The role is full time on an 8/6 and 7/7 FIFO roster, working day and night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile maintenance team on site


• Manage breakdowns, diagnostics and repairs across the whole mobile fleet


• Run pre-shift, toolbox and safety meetings


• Check that vehicles and equipment are working correctly and report defects to the Maintenance Superintendent


• Keep maintenance records up to date in the CMMS

About You

• Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline


• Experience leading a mobile maintenance crew in a mining production setting


• Strong breakdown and diagnostic skills on mobile plant


• CMMS experience, with JD Edwards an advantage


• Current WA driver's licence and relevant high risk tickets
