[LONG PROJECT] Anonymization Writer — [Internal] - Sisyphus

Anonymization Writer – Remote Contract Role

Project Sisyphus is seeking writers to help anonymize business documents and records. In this remote role, you'll review various data types—including CRM exports, emails, support tickets, chat logs, and accounting files—to identify and flag personally identifiable information (PII). You'll make judgment calls about what qualifies as sensitive data, catch missed instances, and ensure consistent handling of related entities across documents. The work is detail-oriented and requires careful reading rather than specialized technical expertise.

This position suits writers with a beginner to intermediate level who enjoy methodical, focused work. You'll work on a contract basis at $45–$55 per hour, with an expectation of roughly 40 hours per week. Remote work means you can contribute from anywhere. If you're comfortable with structured tasks, have strong attention to detail, and want to participate in AI data preparation work, this could be a good fit.
