LMHC Associate – Fee For Service

Job Description:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care
• Provide sessions to clients across the country
• Treat depression and anxiety
• Conduct client intakes and diagnose under a licensed supervisor
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Maintain availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly
• Use telehealth and EHR tools
• Participate in clinical supervision and case consultations
• Contribute to the clinical community

Requirements:

• Approved by the board as a LMHCA
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Washington
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor is preferred
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools
• Good teammate and positive contributor
• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
• Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future
