The LIS Application Lead serves as a subject matter expert and team lead responsible for the implementation, optimization, and operational support of assigned areas. This role partners with clinical and operational stakeholders to enhance patient care, improve workflows, and drive efficiency. The Lead also oversees application build, configuration, and testing.
