Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
Deliver compassionate mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan
Provide care as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider and partner with commercial health plans
Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week
See an average of 6 clients per day
Conduct one-on-one psychotherapy
Diagnose or work with mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
Develop treatment plans
Use comprehensive assessments
Partner with clients to achieve their goals
Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Complete the application questionnaire and continue through recruiter screening if there is a mutual fit

Master's level degree and licensure
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
Fluency in English
Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day
Experience with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders
Experience with patients with chronic severe mental illness
Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week
Active or associate/intern licensure credentials such as LSW, LMSW, LPC, or equivalent
