Licensed P&C Insurance Producer

Job Description:

• Generate new client opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, referrals, and relationship building
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Quote and sell personal lines insurance products
• Manage sales pipeline and work toward production goals
• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into new clients
• Build relationships that create long-term customer loyalty and agency growth
• Represent Usery Insurance Agency with professionalism and a strong sales mindset
• Find new opportunities, close new clients, increase production, and grow the book through sales success
• Focus on selling while a dedicated service team handles customer service needs

Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Candidates must be licensed in Georgia or able to obtain a Georgia non-resident license before starting employment
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
• Life license is a plus but not required
• Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting goals
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to undergo an in-depth background investigation verifying clear criminal history
