Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

Job Description:

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care remotely
• Diagnose and assess mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
• Develop treatment plans
• Use comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients
• Partner with clients to achieve their goals
• Provide care to patients across the lifespan
• Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
• Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Support Brave Health's expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

Requirements:

• Master's level degree and licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
• Currently fully/independently licensed in a relevant state and holding an applicable clinical credential, such as LCSW
• Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
• Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
