Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

Job Description:

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients
• Provide care to patients across the lifespan
• Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
• Work with patients experiencing chronic severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
• Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
• Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday
• Support Brave Health's expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

Requirements:

• Master's level degree and licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English
• Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
• Independently licensed in a relevant state and credentialed as an LCSW or equivalent clinical license
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
