Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

Job Description:

• Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
• Develop treatment plans
• Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments
• Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Provide approximately 30 client-care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
• Support Brave Health's expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when needed

Requirements:

• Master's level degree and licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
• Fluency in English
• Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning skills
• Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
• Current independent clinical licensure/credential (including LCPC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or LPCC)
• Ability and willingness to complete 30 client-care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
• Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
