Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

Job Description:

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
• Deliver mental health treatment through technology-enabled care
• Provide care to patients across the lifespan
• Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day
• Work Monday through Friday on a 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm Central Time schedule
• Use comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and mental health/substance abuse diagnoses
• Partner with clients to achieve goals
• Provide care for patients with chronic severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
• Obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

Requirements:

• Master's level degree and licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
• Independent clinical licensure
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
