Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

Job Description:

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
• Provide mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan
• Deliver approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
• Use mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to inform care
• Develop treatment plans
• Use comprehensive assessments
• Partner with clients to achieve their goals
• Conduct care using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Complete a questionnaire after applying as part of the hiring process
• Work with a senior recruiter if there is a mutual fit

Requirements:

• Master's level degree and licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning skills
• Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
• Currently fully/independently licensed in at least one state
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
