Lead Recruiter

Job Description:

• Manage the full hiring workflow from job posting, proactive sourcing, screening, and interview coordination through offer extension and onboarding handoff
• Source talent in disaster restoration, trades, and commercial construction using job boards, social media, network referrals, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across six franchise territories
• Partner with Franchise Managers and Operations Leaders to understand hiring needs and refine job requirements
• Deliver a smooth candidate experience
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical backgrounds, certifications such as IICRC and OSHA, and cultural fit
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and retention
• Improve hiring practices based on recruiting metrics
• Support staffing for field operations, management, sales, and office administration

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
• Proven experience recruiting within Disaster Restoration, Construction, Skilled Trades, or similar field-operations industries strongly preferred
• Must be available to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
• Demonstrated track record of active candidate sourcing beyond passive job board applicants
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital communication tools
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience hiring for the Disaster Restoration Industry
• Ability to work 8 AM–5 PM EST Monday through Friday
