DescriptionWe are seeking a hands-on, service-driven Lead Maintenance Technician to support operations at our apartment communities. This role is responsible for leading daily maintenance functions, ensuring building systems are operating safely and efficiently, and delivering an exceptional living experience for residents.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and perform all aspects of property maintenance, preventive care, diagnostics, and repairsSupervise, train, and schedule maintenance team members and vendorsOversee and handle work orders, unit turns, inspections, and emergency maintenance responseEnsure timely and compliant maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systemsMaintain safety, regulatory compliance, and high standards of building performanceCollaborate with property leadership to support occupancy, retention, and resident satisfactionWhat We’re Looking ForHVAC / EPA certification/license — REQUIREDPrior maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in apartments, student living, or similarPrior experience overseeing multiple locationsStrong technical knowledge of building systems, troubleshooting, and unit turnover processesAbility to prioritize, multitask, and lead with urgency and accountabilityCustomer-oriented and professional Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insurance
