Lead Enterprise Software Solution Consultant

Job Description:

• Provide technical sales support for software sales opportunities in Named or Regional customer segments
• Lead technical presentations and conduct product demonstrations to support field sales activities
• Address pre-sales technical inquiries across full software and analytics offerings
• Support the Account Executive Sales team and growing customer base
• Provide user feedback to the product organization for enhancements and workflow improvements
• Identify client needs during discovery and support sessions
• Give product demonstrations to customers
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other tender documents
• Work with the internal product team to steer feature and function development
• Report to the Regional Manager, Enterprise Software Solution Consultants

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; Rockwell Automation will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
• Ability to travel 40% of the time
• 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales or customer success capacity, solutions consultant, or related role with a focus on B2B SaaS or enterprise level software solutions
• Certified Public Accountant or 5+ years of finance / accounting experience in a Solution Consulting environment
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or within the maintenance and reliability industry
• Experience performing product demonstrations and conducting sales calls
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, web, and database technology
• Understanding of how to quickly develop relationships with customers
• Previous experience with PLEX software
• Experience using a sales CRM to manage the sales pipeline and record information on prospects
• Finance/Accounting background preferred
